MEGAKOM has gained significant expertise in the field of regional development during its more than 20 years of operation. Our work includes the creation of development strategies and concepts both for areas representing only a few settlements, and for districts and counties; we have played an active role in the development of County-level Integrated Territorial Programs (ITPs). Our activity is not limited to national programs – we are also involved in designing cross-border cooperation programs.

Given that truly successful development programs are not based on the perspective of one sector but respond to several factors and needs at the same time, we always carefully assess the regional networks, social and economic situation, mobility, infrastructure, public services, and natural resources of the relevant area. We take into account all available statistical data, people and organizations with expertise in the given topic, and the needs of the local population. Therefore, we design our programs in such a way as to cover the widest possible range of weaknesses and threats.
